Re “Ten Commandments … and what else?” (Phillip Tutor column, Feb. 18):

Respect the majority, please, Mr. Tutor.

I think you overlooked something in your column: In Asian nations, Buddha is presented predominately. In Arab nations, Allah is presented predominately. In Israel, Yahweh is presented predominately. And in Alabama, Jesus is presented predominately.

I know we are free to express ourselves equally in this country, but is it OK if the majority rules in Alabama, as it does so freely in other places?
